A cardigan by High in the color cobalt blue in an elastic, slightly transparent fabric woven in a mesh structure. Under the bust and at the bottom of the sleeves is a solid fabric. The chest pockets have a decorative snap-button closure and the cardigan itself has a zipper. At the ends of the sleeves is a finely pleated elastic trim.
